Todays game had everything you would have expected from a local derby there were goals both ends, and lots of action and drama as the game unfolded. The first half was end to end action as you would expect and Didcot battled hard to keep Milton in there own half, The first goal came from Milton's Harry Dalton who ran on to a threaded pass through the Didcot defence and chipped over the stranded Didcot keeper Alex Williams. Just before Half time Didcot equalised with only minutes to go to make it 1-1 at half time.
Second Half was a different story as Milton got off to a flyer when Ben Taylor raced down the wing went by a Didcot Defender and a composed finish made it 1-2 to Milton. Milton's Third goal was a great match winner as Harry Dalton finished his chance well after a lengthy run and a great strike. Once again though Didcot never gave up and Substitution for Didcot Lee Newport received the ball on the edge of the box and made a fine finish past Milton's Craig Griffiths. Then there was the drama when Patric Howe was brought on for Jason McCabe and after only 10 minutes he was sent off for a tackle that should of been only a yellow card if that and no more, but to the surprise of everyone a Red card was produced. Now down to ten men Milton had a lot of work to do to get the Important three points for there title run to stay in tacked, Milton dug deep and held on again and battled like they have done all season to keep there place in the league. Final Score 2-3
