This has not been an easy decision, and it comes only after every possible effort was made to keep the team together. We would like to express our deepest thanks to Jermaine and Sue for stepping forward, showing true dedication, and working tirelessly to build a squad capable of retaining our Southern Region status. Their commitment and passion for the club have been nothing short of inspiring.

Unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts, the challenges we’ve faced have proven too great to overcome at this time. With the wellbeing of our players, coaching staff, and the wider club in mind, we believe this is the right and most sensible decision for the present.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to the Southern Region Women’s Football League and the Berks & Bucks FA for their ongoing support, understanding, and encouragement throughout this process.

While this chapter has come to a close, the future of girls’ and women’s football at Milton United remains bright. Our youth teams continue to thrive, and with the strong relationships and foundations built during this challenging period, we are confident that Ladies football will return to The Heights—stronger, united, and ready for a new beginning.
